What's Included
Scheduled Visits
Your contract includes 8 scheduled visits per year, spaced to provide year-round monitoring. We check bait stations, traps, and pest activity at every visit and replenish or adjust as needed.
Written Reports
After every visit you receive a full written report detailing what was found, what was done, and any recommendations. These reports are exactly what EHOs, insurers, and auditors expect to see.
Emergency Cover
If something crops up between scheduled visits - a rodent sighting, a wasp nest, a cockroach in the kitchen - you call us and we attend as an emergency, at no extra charge.
